Ranette grew up on the central coast of California. She and her beautiful family moved to Arizona in 2003 and, while she misses the beach and road trips out there as much as possible, Arizona is now home. She has played a versatile role at the company since joining in 2016. Before earning her MLO license, she spent three years as the exclusive in-house Wholesaler and Realtor. In 2018, she transitioned to the lending side of the business and now leads the Business Development and Sales team, remaining an essential driver of the company’s continued growth. You may find her dabbling in the wholesale REI space when opportunities present themselves, due to her experience and solid relationships in the industry. Ranette takes great care in building trusted relationships with her team, colleagues, and industry partners. Her 20+ years of experience in business development, sales, finance, and leadership brings immense value to her clients and the B.E. Team.
