Born and raised on California’s Central Coast, Ranette has called Arizona home for more than 20 years. She serves as Chief Growth Officer of B.E. Lending, where she leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives across business development, loan origination, strategic and capital partnerships, and market expansion. Positioned at the intersection of revenue, operations, and culture, she helps scale the organization while ensuring growth remains aligned with B.E. Lending’s brand, values, and long-term vision.
Since joining the company in 2016, Ranette has played a pivotal role in its evolution, first serving as its exclusive in-house wholesaler and Realtor before earning her Mortgage Loan Originator license in 2018. Today, she helps guide the company’s growth strategy while overseeing loan origination initiatives and supporting scalable expansion across the organization.
