Karen grew up in Puyallup, WA, and earned her degree from Central Washington University. She began her real estate career in 2005 as a licensed realtor, managing a large portfolio of rental properties while also buying and selling numerous investment properties. In 2013, Karen joined B.E. Lending, bringing her passion and expertise to the team.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate, sales, and finance, Karen has personally originated and structured more than $350 million in residential and commercial loans. Her deep industry knowledge, innovative approach, and commitment to excellence have made her a trusted resource in the lending community. Karen has also been a featured speaker at workshops and seminars, where she shares her insights with local real estate professionals.

When she’s not working, Karen and her husband can be found mountain biking on Trail 100 in Phoenix, dining at their favorite restaurant, Hudson, in Sedona, or enjoying multi-day white-water rafting trips with friends.
